Please note that the annual Cincinnati Music Festival happens to coincide with our wedding this year, so it is advisable to book a hotel as soon as possible.

Food

Newport on the Levee is within walking distance of the Comfort Suites and has an array of restaurants. John thought the Rock Bottom Brewery near Fountain Square (just across the pedestrian bridge in downtown Cincinnati) is worth a visit. Skyline Chili make a Cincinnati delicacy (Alison's words) - ask for a three-way, you won't regret it. Finally Graeter's ice cream is the best you'll ever have.

Weather

Summers are generally warm and humid with slightly cooler evenings. Expect highs of 85F/29C, lows of 64F/18C and an average temperature of 74F/23C. Alison says it will generally be sunny with occasional rain/thunderstorms. August has an average of 9 days with more than 0.1" of rain.
